Form for reporting unlawful material
The form is intended for reporting unlawful material published using the infrastructure of netart.com sp. z o.o. In particular, it refers to information related to: the sharing of child sexual abuse images, the publication of terrorist content, the sharing of private images without consent, the sale of counterfeit or non-compliant products, cyberstalking, the sale of goods in violation of consumer protection laws, the provision of services in violation of consumer protection laws, the unlawful use of copyrighted material, the publication of illegal offers related to accommodation services, violations related to animal welfare.
If you represent a body from an EU Member State, the Commission or the European Digital Services Board, please send your application to abuse_dsa@netart.com in Polish or English.
If, on the basis of the Regulation (EU) 2021/784 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the prevention of the dissemination of terrorist content on the Internet, you, as an authorised entity, are requesting the removal of content, please send your request to abuse_dsa@netart.com in Polish or English.
