Nextcloud includes an environment for sharing and managing files. It is also a tool for direct user communication through audio, video and chat conferencing, and management of calendar, contacts and email. Using a controlled environment, Nextcloud users can exchange documents, photos and other files with each other. Access rules for individual data are defined by the administrator.
