SaaS Mantis
The Mantis application enables project management and bug tracking. It can be used by private users and companies from any industry. Facilitates monitoring, reporting and problem solving processes. It strikes a balance between ease of use and performance. The responsiveness of its interface allows you to accept reports from any device with a web browser and Internet access. The application is ready to work immediately after activating the service.
Mantis allows you to manage errors and change proposals for multiple projects and subprojects. A change in the status of an issue, including acceptance for implementation and its resolution, may be confirmed by additional information sent, among others, to the reporting person. Individual projects can receive a private status, i.e. available only to added people, or public, available to all users.
The Mantis application runs on servers that are equipped with efficient Intel Xeon processors, a large amount of RAM and use fast NVMe disk space. This ensures high performance and improves the comfort of work, especially when used by teams with many users. The security of the service is ensured, among others, by the use of full KVM virtualization and hardware anti-DDoS protection.
